Bevin Ngara

Bevin Ngara, a CFA Charterholder and holder of an MBA from ESMT (Berlin), leads Fidelity Life Asset Management as the Managing Director. He provides strategic leadership and drives the company's vision and an unwavering commitment of delivering exceptional investment solutions to clients. With a wealth of experience in alternative investments and a strong track record of delivering results, Bevin is dedicated to driving the company's growth and ensuring the success of our clients' investment strategies. In addition to his role at Fidelity Life Asset Management, Bevin a board member of a Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE) listed manufacturing company and serves as the Vice Chairperson for one of the leading Commercial Banks in Zimbabwe. He is a recipient of the Kofi Annan Fellowship and an ESMT Responsible Leaders Fellow, demonstrating his commitment to ethical leadership and sustainability.

Eric Chikomo

Eric is a versatile finance professional with over 14 years' experience in Banking, Investments, Microfinance, Manufacturing, and Construction sectors. Eric has held various positions such as Finance Manager, Financial & Management Accountant, Financial/Credit Analyst, and Credit Operations Manager. With a track record of delivering accurate and timely financial statements, Eric also provides exceptional value-added financial analysis and recommendations that result in profitable business outcomes. He strongly challenges and improves existing systems and processes. Eric holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of Zimbabwe, ACCA qualification, and has passed the CFA level 1

Robert Mugonera

Robert oversees the investment strategies and portfolio management and brings extensive expertise in portfolio management to Fidelity Life Asset Management. He is responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of investment strategies that align with our clients' objectives. His deep knowledge of the financial markets and disciplined approach contribute to our investment success. He holds an MSc Degree in Finance & Investments and has managed portfolios of loans, equities, property, money market securities, capital market securities, and real estate investments for Commercial Bank divisions, Asset Management firms, and a Development Finance Institution.

Darlington Chirima

Darlington is a highly experienced Chartered Surveyor with over 15 years of expertise in property investment and development. Darlington spearheads the identification and execution of lucrative real estate investment opportunities. He began his career at one of the leading international real estate companies as a Property Valuer and has since held leadership positions in the financial services and Insurance organizations in Zimbabwe. He has been involved in multi-million-dollar projects across all use-classes, delivering unparalleled results and ensuring optimal returns. Darlington holds a BSc (Hon) Degree in Rural and Urban Planning, an MSc in Rural and Urban Planning, a Master of Business Administration, and an Executive Certificate in Investments and Portfolio Management. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), registered Valuer with the Valuers Council of Zimbabwe, Licentiate with the Real Estate Institute of Zimbabwe, and registered Estate Agent.

Valerie Ndudzo

Valerie is a marketing professional with over 15 years’ experience in strategic planning, capital markets analysis and brand management. She has expertise in building successful service brands and creating viable ecosystems for disruptive products within the financial services and retail markets. Through her professional experience and research background, she has developed an understanding of bottom of the pyramid as well as affluent markets in terms of consumer behaviour and consumption patterns. She is a holder of Master of Commerce degree in Marketing Strategy (Midlands State University), BBA Honors degree in Finance (Solusi University), Diploma in Leadership Development (University of Zimbabwe), LCCI Marketing Diploma (London Chamber of Commerce & Industry) and Certificate in Digital Marketing (Marketers Association of Zimbabwe).

Claudius Chikundura

Claudius Chikundura is the Head Group Risk and Compliance at Zimre Holdings Limited Group. Claudius’ professional background includes years of experience in senior managerial positions with the Insurance and Pensions Commission of Zimbabwe (IPEC) where he was instrumental in the transformation of IPEC from a government entity to a semi-autonomous regulatory authority. Claudius has 0ver 15 years in his current role where he is responsible for the creation, coordination, review, interpretation and implementation of policies and procedures established by authorities that regulate Fidelity Asset Management Company. Claudius has a Master in business administration degree and BSC Honors degree in Economics. He is a qualified fellow with the Insurance Institute of South Africa (FIISA) and an Associate of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA).

BUSINESS ANALYST 

Rumbidzai Authentic Fungura 

Rumbidzai is a results-oriented Investment Professional with a strong background in financial engineering and business analytics, with experience in the financial industry, having held positions as a currency trader and financial research analyst. With a focus on strong financial analytical and modelling skills, Rumbidzai conducts investment analysis and research, produces monthly economic reports, and participates in portfolio investments and new financial products development. She is proficient in working with tools such as Excel, Python and R Studio, as well as extracting data and querying in MySQL She has an MBA in Business Analytics, a Degree in Financial Engineering, and passed CFA L1.

Duncan Momberume

A a certified financial modelling and valuation analyst (FMVA) , Duncan covers investments analysis and research, financial and real estate modelling, and alternative investments in his role. He collaborates closely with our heads of investments and business development, as well as property, on investment analysis and research, alternative investments, and property developments. He is currently pursuing his CFA level 1, demonstrating his commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest industry standards and practices.
